At Vera & Leo London, we make every effort to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information. However, minor errors, variations in color, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country. Customers are responsible for selecting a valid payment method and ensuring all billing information is accurate.

If a payment is not successfully processed, the order will not be completed.

4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

    We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe; however, unexpected delays due to customs, logistics, or high demand periods may occur. Vera & Leo London is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and cancellations. All return requests must comply with the conditions stated in that policy.

6. Liability

Vera & Leo London is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to parcels once the tracking information shows that the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Errors in the provided address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, product photos, designs, and the Vera & Leo London logo — is the exclusive property of Vera & Leo London.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from us.

8. Complaints Procedure

We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you have a complaint, please send it in writing to info@veraleolondon.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days and will always strive to resolve the matter fairly and professionally.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.
